It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase. Returns can be made within 14 days from the date when you receive your order. All returned items must be in new, unused condition. Please contact us at contact@nihil-design.com to arrange returns. Please note that all return shipping costs are paid by the customer and will be deducted from the refund. If the product is faulty, NIHIL will refund all shipping costs.
